First Week of PE

Welcome Explorers! This week in during PE we will be reviewing expectations during physical education time!  Mrs. Adams will also be recording students’ height, weight, curl-up (sit-ups) in 60 seconds, and the PACER running test if time allows this week.  We want to get through our fitness testing as quick as possible to dive right into all of the great activities planned for the year to get our bodies fit!!

PE Rules:
1.) Respect Yourself, Teacher, Others, Equipment and Facility 

2.)Attentive listening

3) Appreciations, No Put downs

4.) Appropriate task completion

5) Gym Shoes required

Let’s start this year with enthusiasm for getting FIT!!  Here is to a great year at Lewis & Clark!

Welcome Back! 

I look forward to seeing each of our returning Explorers and all of the new faces joining us this school year!  The “Explorer PE” blog will be a place for parents to stay tuned in to what is happening not only in PE, but with activities and events happening here at Lewis and Clark!
