Claire goes golfing!

Claire only need to show how she eats healthy, way to go! Golf takes muscular endurance- the repetition of hitting the ball over and over. It takes muscular strength to get the ball down the fairway. Flexibility to for all the joints in the upper and lower body to allow for the full swing, and cardiorespiratory endurance to walk the golf course!
